Next, place one hand behind each knee and bring both knees up towards your chest keeping them close together while tucking your chin down towards chest until you feel a stretch in middle/upper back then hold for 20 seconds before releasing slowly back down to starting position Repeat 2-3 times if needed..
Finally sit up tall with good posture throughout entire body taking deep breaths every few minutes throughout day/evening as needed.
